Core Midstream

Energy executive with strong track record and experience across multiple sectors both in the U.S. and internationally, including: midstream, E&P, OFS, renewable energy, and utilities. Raised ~$20 billion in private and public debt and equity transactions as a principal and as an advisor, and played a key role as an Officer (VP of Finance and Investor Relations) in the IPO of PennTex Midstream Partners, LP (NASDAQ: PTXP). Advised on ~$15 billion of M&A transactions, including PennTex's eventual sale to a publicly traded competitor, Energy Transfer Partners (NYSE: ETP).


Currently, she is a Co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Core Midstream, a midstream infrastructure company. Prior to Core, Andrejka was VP of Finance and Investor Relations at PennTex Midstream Partners responsible for corporate finance and strategy, M&A, investor relations and treasury. Prior to PennTex, she was Vice President of Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley as part of the Global Natural Resources Group. Prior to that, she served in a structured finance and capital markets role with Mubadala Development Company, a sovereign wealth fund, based in the United Arab Emirates. Prior to Mubadala, Andrejka was based with The Blackstone Group in New York. Andrejka started her finance career as a mergers and acquisitions investment banker at Credit Suisse in New York. Prior to her finance and oil and gas career, she worked at the World Bank in Washington DC and was an advisor for the President of the Czech Republic. She graduated from Harvard College with a A.B. in Government.



Andrejka serves on the Board of Directors of Arms Wide, a Houston based Adoption and Foster Care agency and is on the Board of Directors of Friends of Aiglon College, Inc., a Swiss boarding school from where she graduated.  In addition, Andrejka founded the Houston Chapter of the Global Shapers Community of the World Economic Forum.


She is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, the Harvard Club of Houston, the Houston Producers Forum, Independent Petroleum Association of America, and Harvard College Class of 2005's Gift Committee.


She was recognized by Oil & Gas Investor’s Thirty under 40 honoree (2016), is the winner of the 7th Annual Emerging Leaders Award selected by The M&A Advisors (2016), and was recognized as one of the Top Businesswomen in Texas for 2016. Andrejka is a frequent speaker at industry conferences in Texas as well as nationally and globally.
