Ignacio Inda is a structured & project finance professional with over 11 years of experience in London, Madrid and New York, structuring and restructuring, and advising clients on, renewable energy, conventional power and PPP/transportation infrastructure project financings.
After a few years in the consulting and non-profit sectors, Ignacio started his banking career at RBS/ABN Amro in London in 2006. He joined BBVA’s Madrid headquarters in 2008 and was later transferred to BBVA’s New York office (2011), where he led both project financings & workouts in the Americas region. Ignacio joined Mizuho's Americas Project Finance Group in 2014, where he has been in charge of the Bank's Power/Renewables and Infrastructure efforts in Latin America and has coordinated the increasing joint Bank-Securities initiatives in the Project Bond space.
Mr Inda holds a Master of International Affairs in International Finance & Business from Columbia University - SIPA and a MSc/BSc in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas’s ICAI School of Industrial Engineers in Spain.
